The services offered by Eden Skye are intangible, customized, and consumed instantly. Because these services involve exclusive access to personal time, effort, and unique digital content, they are considered "used" as soon as they are delivered, viewed, or accessed.
Refunds cannot be issued for the following reasons:
"Change of mind" or "Buyer’s remorse."
Failure to attend or engage in a scheduled session.
Dissatisfaction with a completed service or content.

4. Subscription Cancellations
